Digital Therapy

Technology is an ever present part of most of our lives.  Depending on the context & level of exposure, it has the potential to do more harm than good.  The aim for us here, is to make sure that we use is to our advantage and transmute it to do more good than harm.  This can be accomplished through various forms of media, such as movies/television, social media, video games, etc.

Done properly, these things can all play more of a part in improving our lives rather than distracting us from them.
